'TLC for Me', has three parts:
It is a simple self-care practice “for you, by you.” It’s about setting your intention for Love and then doing the short practices in the morning. In time these three practices become second nature and you have a new way of being.
Caring for yourself is one of the most important things you can do. It is also one of the easiest things to forget. But you benefit greatly from self care and so do others in your life.
